Typically I would think of this card for a child's birthday, but in my case I know a big kid who loves yellow and orange and I thought that he would appreciate the balloon that is used to creat the bob on the hat and the tongue sticking out. This is certainly not for everyone, but it made me smile and I hope it makes my friend smile too.

I REALLY enjoyed this card!! Smiley faces always work on me. . .Plus my favorite color is orange. . .Plus I love how you incorporated the perfect birthday item, a balloon, and using the "parts" was brillant since using the whole balloon is pretty much impossible. How did you ever think of that? Susan :)
